Gluten Free Coffee Cake
Add you gluten free flour blend to a large bowl.

Add the rest of the dry ingredients.

Whisk to blend the ingredients together.

Mix up the wet ingredients.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

Mix gently. Do not over-mix the batter.

Add half of the batter to a greased cake pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar in and swirl. Add the rest of the batter on top.

Add the crumble topping. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
