Add milk to a mixing bowl.

Add the dry vanilla pudding mix and the gluten free pancake mix. Mix to combine.

Spray a donut pan liberally with cooking spray.

Add the donut batter to the donut pan.

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.

To make the icing add powdered sugar to a small bowl. Add water and stir to combine.

Add almond emulsion or vanilla extract and food coloring of choice. Stir to combine.

Remove the donuts from the oven. Invert the donuts onto a wire rack.

Dip the donuts into the icing and place on the wire rack.
