Start with 1 lb of ground antelope (or beef). Use Mix n Chop to cut it up fine as it browns.

Cut up an onion with the 8 inch Chef's Knife and use the Handy Scraper to add it to the meat.

Use the Garlic Press and press 1 clove of garlic adding it to the meat.

Cook meat until brown and drippings on the bottom of the pan are dark. Then add frozen broccoli.

Add 1 1/2 bags of organic Tinkyada brown rice pasta. About 1 lb.

Add fresh oregano. Use the herb stripper to easily get the leaves off.

Add water enough to cover the pasta.

Cook until water is absorbed by the pasta.
