Large bar pan and 12” cast iron

Pairing knife, cutting mat, garlic press

Peel the garlic

Chop three roma tomatoes

Heat olive oil in the cast iron

Add tomatoes and cook down until they become soft. Add in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
