Gluten Free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Add butter flavor crisco and brown sugar to a mixing bowl.

Add granulated sugar. Cream the buttered flavored crisco and sugars together until creamy.

Add vanilla and pumpkin purée and stir to combine.

Add dry vanilla instant pudding mix and stir to combine.

Add salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon and stir to combine.

Add gluten free 1-1 flour and stir. Add chocolate chips and stir.

Scoop out 1/4 cup of the batter on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 F for 12 minutes.
