Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk to blend.
Next, add the wet ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix.
Make balls with the cookie dough and roll them in cinnamon sugar.
Use a glass bottom to smoosh the cookie dough balls.
Bake for 8 minutes at 350 F degrees. Cool and enjoy!
