Gluten Free Salted Caramel Chocolate Cookies

Mix 2 C gf flour, 3/4 C cocoa powder, 1/2 t baking powder, 1/2 t baking soda & 1/4 t salt in a bowl.
Cream 1 1/2 C unsalted butter and 2 C sugar together with an electric mixer.
Add 2 eggs, then 2 t vanilla extract.
Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in 1/2 C chocolate chips and 1/2 C diced caramel pieces.
Drop by tablespoon full onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 9-10 min. Sprinkle on salt. Let cool.
