Gluten Free Vanilla Wafers
Add the wet ingredients to your standing mixer. You can also mix in a large bowl!

Slowly add in the dry ingredients.

Keep adding the dry ingredients until the dough is stiff enough to roll soft balls.

Roll dough balls with your hands or drop balls with a cookie scoop.

Press them down slightly with your fingers.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes depending on the size of the cookies.

Enjoy plain or with banana pudding!!
