Gluten-Free Brownies with Oat Flour
Melt the chocolate.

Remove the chocolate from heat and stir in the coconut oil.

Stir in the salt, brown sugar, oat flour, vanilla, and cocoa powder.

Stir in the beaten eggs.

Pour into a greased 9x9 pan and bake at 350 F for 25 minutes.
