Gluten-free Cheesy Cauliflower Bake
Cheesy Cauliflower Bake will have the family diving in for a second helping of veggies.

Begin by baking the bacon on a prepared baking sheet for 10-15 minutes.

While the bacon is cooking, lightly steam the cauliflower.

Drain the cauliflower and return to the pot. Add the cheeses, and gently stir until melted.

Fold in the remaining ingredients, and add to a prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.

Prepare the topping while the cauliflower is baking.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven, and top with the crumb mixture. Broil an additional 5 min.

Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve it up and watch it disappear.
