Ingredients: white rice flour, sweet rice flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, mustard powder, parsley, lard, milk, seasoning

Whisk the flours with the baking powder, mustard powder, parsley and seasoning

Grate the lard into the mixture and disperse with fingertips

Pour the milk in

Bring the dough together with your hands

Roll the dough into small balls

Drop into your soup/stew for the final 30mins of cooking

Cook with the lid on
