Gluten-Free Lemon Cake
Ingredients Gluten-free flour Baking powder & baking soda Salt Honey Yogurt Vanilla Eggs Coconut oil Lemon juice & lemon zest Powdered sugar
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and lemon zest.
In a bowl, add in yogurt, lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla, eggs and coconut oil
Beat everything together
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together just until smooth.
Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Pour lemon glaze over the cake, slice & enjoy!
