Deliciously chewy, quick and easy cookies!

Add butter, sugar, salt, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon, vanilla and egg into mixer.

Add oat flour and tapioca starch.

Add oats and mix.

Finally add raisins.

Mix to a firm dough.

Scoop and place cookie dough on baking tray.

Bake for 12 minutes.
