Gluten-Free Vegan Chocolate Tart
Mix together all the ingredients for the pastry dough.

Press along the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.

Use a fork to pierce holes in the surface.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Place the cashew milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, salt + cornflour (cornstarch) in a pan.

Mix well until completely dissolved.

Cook on a low heat 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Pour into the tart crust.

Place in the fridge for a few hours until firmed up.

Decorate if desired.
