Gluten-Free Vegan Hot Cross Bun Loaf
Mix together all the ingredients for the batter in a bowl.

Transfer into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.

Mix together the gluten-free flour and water in a bowl to form a thick paste.

Transfer into a piping bag. Pipe one vertical line and two horizontal lines onto the batter.

Bake in the oven for around 45 minutes.

Transfer onto a wire rack and spread apricot jam over the top. Leave to cool and dry before slicing.
