Gluten-Free Vegan Irish Soda Bread
Mix together all the ingredients for the bread dough in a bowl.

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish lined with greased baking paper. Use a knife to draw a cross over the top of the batter.

Bake in the oven for around 45 minutes, until risen and an inserted skewer comes out clean. Leave to cool on a wire rack.
