Mix together the ground almonds, brown rice flour, matcha powder and salt.

Add all the other ingredients and mix again.

Lay out a sheet of baking paper and roll out the dough. Cut out shapes using a cookie cutter.

Lay out on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until firm to the touch.
