Gnocchi W/ Snow Peas - Sheet Pan
Purchase or make the gnocchi (see my blog). Lightly oil a sheet pan w/ olive oil. Add 1 lb.frozen or fresh gnocchi + 6 scallions sliced diagonal.

8 ounces Snow peas ( 220g) + 1 med red bell pepper sliced into thin strips.

4pcs.of bacon sliced into thin strips + 3 cloves of garlic diced.

1 tbsp.butter & salt & pepper to taste.

Bake @ 425F (218C) for 5 minutes. Turn the vegetables & gnocchi once w/ a spatula. Bake another 5-6 minutes until tender & gnocchi is lightly browned.

Drizzle 3 tbsp.sage browned butter (see my blog) + 4 tbsp.fresh grated parmesan cheese.
