Goma-ae (Japanese Salad In Sesame Sauce)
Use 4 different veggies for this recipe. Sesame sauce is same for all.
Mix sugar, ground sesame seeds, soy sauce to make sesame sauce

[Green beans] Steam for 2 minutes on medium heat

Cut into bite-size pieces

Toss the green beans in the sesame sauce

[Asparagus] Steam for 2 minutes on medium heat

Cut into bite-size pieces

Toss the asparagus in the sesame sauce

[Spinach] Steam for 1-2 minutes on medium heat

Put in cold water to prevent from cooking further, squeeze water out and cut into bite-size pieces

Toss the spinach in the sesame sauce

[Broccoli] Separate stalk and florets, and cut into bite-size pieces

Steam stalk for 2 minutes, add florets and steam for another 2 minutes

Toss the broccoli in the sesame sauce
