Peel cucumber.

Cut cucumber lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.

Grate cucumber into a bowl.

Add salt, stir and set aside for 30 minutes.

Squeeze out water from grated cucumber.

In a bowl, add goat yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, garlic, mint, salt and pepper, and stir.

Then drizzle with olive oil, and stir a little.

Serve with warm pita bread.
