Greek FETA Kopanisti Dip
Rub Olive Oil across the feta cheese and red peppers.

Rub some Paprika, Garlic Powder, and Cayenne on the feta cheese.

Bake 20 minutes at 375F

Add cooked peppers to a bowl and cover for 10 minutes, then peel the skin off of each pepper.

Add the baked feta cheese, cooked and skinned peppers, olive oil, fresh garlic, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice to the food processor.

Pulse until combined.

Top with olive oil. Serve with crispy baked baguette slices.
