Greek Roasted Lemon Potatoes (lemonates patates)
Place sliced potatoes into a large baking dish.

Add,oregano, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, broth,olive oil & lemon juice

Toss well so everything is evenly seasoned

Wrap tight with foil and roast 30 min

Remove foil - toss potatoes well

Add 2 tbsp cubed butter (optional)

Roast uncovered for another 30 min or until cooked though and starting to develop golden edges

For some extra crispy edges feel free to place them under the broiler for a few min

Perfectly tender and delicious

Test for salt again once done, add an extra squeeze of lemon juice and feel free to toss in some fresh parsley or dill
