Greek Yogurt Marinated Chicken Lettuce Cups & Sauces

Start with 4 chicken breasts

Season both sides of chicken with 1 tablespoon each of course pepper, granulated garlic, chili powder, & onion powder

Turn chicken over & season other side

Add 1 tablespoon each of Dijon mustard, chili garlic sauce & Worcestershire sauce & juice of 1 lime

Add half of a 32 oz. container of Stonyfield Organic Greek Yogurt

Turn chicken to coat

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours

Divide rest of Stonyfield Organic Greek Yogurt into 3 jars

Time to mix in ingredients with immersion blender!

1 tablespoon buttermilk & garlic chili sauce + S&P

1/2 avocado, 1/2 lime, 3 Tbls buttermilk, cilantro + S&P

1 Tbls each Dijon, capers & buttermilk + S&P

Julienne cut radishes, English cucumber & red pepper

Grill chicken, let rest, dice into bite size pieces

Serve with butter lettuce & garnish with limes!
