Greek-amole with Pita Chips
What you'll need

Feta Cheese

Tomato

Olive Oil
Pita Bread
1/2 lemon
Lemon Juice
Preheat oven to 375°. Peel and scoop avocados into a bowl

Finely chop red onion and add it to the bowl.

Chop tomato and add it to the bowl.

Finely chop dill and add it to the bowl.

Add feta cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice to the bowl and combine using a pestle or fork

Make pita chips by cutting pita bread into halves and then into triangles.

Arrange in 1 layer on a baking sheet, and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Plate and serve.
