Green Bean Salad
Prep 2-3 pounds fresh green beans

Snap them in half so they cook evenly

Boil until crunchy tender

Drain and put in an ice bath

It’s chilly in there! It’s stops the cooking process and keeps them bright green

Chop 1/2 C each, dill and parsley and a bunch of green onions or chives

Add the parsley, dill, 1/2 C walnuts and 1/4 C lemon juice to the blender

Custom Blend and add olive oil. Taste and adjust seasoning

Add the sauce to your dry green beans and stir

Time to clean! Add 3 C water and 2 squirts dishwashing liquid, turn to Heated Wash and press start

All done! Rinse and dry!
