Green Beans w/ Almonds & Sage Browned Butter
Cook 12 ounces green string beans in boiling salted water until fork tender. Drain & set aside.

Make the Browned Butter: Melt 4 tbsp butter in a saucepan or skillet. Stir constantly.

It is normal for the butter to foam up. Heatuntil start to see brown bits on the bottom of pan.

Add 1/4 cup fresh sage ribbons + 2 tbsp slivered almonds. Stir until sage is crispy.

Mix the sage browned butter into the pre-cooked green beans.

Toss to coat the beans evenly.
