Green Chili Queso Nachos
Start by sautéing some diced onions, green chilies & garlic in pan with butter until fragrant.

Over medium low heat add one tbsp flour to create your roux. Mix until coated.

Gradually stir in 1 cup chicken broth until mix is thick & liquid is incorporated.

Add bag of shredded cheese and maybe more.

Add 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese & pour of Modelo. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer & stir.

Add dash of cayenne, nutmeg and chili powder & cumin. Serve immediately.

Or drown nachos. Droolworthy.
