Grilled Baby Bok Choy

Trim bok choy ends, and slice in half. Wash well, then dry.
Add brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and oil to a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Add trimmed baby bok choy and toss to coat.
Oil grill and add bok choy. Close lid and grill over medium heat cut side down for 5 minutes.
Remove from grill and serve immediately. Optional: drizzle remaining sauce over cooked bok choy.
