Cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces. Place into the center of a large piece of aluminum foil.
Pour melted butter evenly over potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle on half of the cheddar cheese.
Wrap tightly in foil. Place on preheated grill. Cook 15 min. Flip. Cook 15 min or until tender.
Open & top with cheese. Grill 3-4 min or until cheese melts. Top with parsley. Recipe linked below!
