Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad With Avocado & Walnuts
Morning of or night before add chicken breast to buttermilk and add Worcestershire

Add some spicy Dijon

Add your favorite seasoning

Place in fridge all day or overnight

Spray sheet pan with oil, add walnuts & spray again. Sprinkle with S&P & Chipolte spice.

Roast at 350 F. for about 12 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. After 8 minutes watch closely so they don’t burn.

Cut up romaine, add to large bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan, sit in fridge

Make Caesar dressing, or use prepared.

Slice avocado

Grill chicken, let rest 5 minutes, then slice into bite size pieces

Dress salad and toss with hands

Arrange lettuce, chicken, walnuts, avocado on plate.

Shave Parmesan with potato peeler onto top and add a lemon slice!
