Grilled Chipotle Kebabs
Start by soaking your skewers in water. This ensures they won’t burn when on grill.
In mixing bowl add ground turkey, chipotle salsa, taco seasoning, cilantro and one egg. Mix well.
Form your turkey mixture into meatballs. Chill for 30 minutes in fridge.
Add your veggies to a bowl! Drizzle a bit of olive oil and add salt and pepper to coat.
Add your veggies and turkey meatballs to your skewers! There’s no rules, just place wherever!
Place skewers on grill on medium- medium high heat. Cook about 12-18 minutes until turkey is cooked.
Drizzle with chipotle yogurt sauce (add chipotle peppers & lime juice to Greek yogurt). Serve!
