Grilled Chuck Steak with Compound Butter

Mix together garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
Pour marinade over chuck steak and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Mix together room temperature butter, mince garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Place in plastic wrap and roll into a log, refrigerate until hard.
Place marinated steaks on the grill over direct heat for 3-4 mins. per side. Move steaks to indirect heat and cover, cook until desired doneness.
Remove steaks and place a pat of compound butter on each one. Allow steaks to rest as butter melts.
Slice steaks, serve and enjoy!
