Mix garlic, oil, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Combine using a whisk.
Place steak in a cake pan. Pour marinade over the steaks and toss until coated.Place plastic wrap over the pan and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Place butter in a small bowl. Add minced garlic, fresh rosemary, and fresh thyme to the butter. Stir with a fork or hand mixer to combine.
Heat a charcoal grill. Place steaks on the grill and grill for 3 minutes per side. Move the steaks to indirect heat, cover, and continue to gril.
Remove the steaks and place a pat of compound butter on each one. Allow the steaks to rest as the butter melts. Serve and enjoy!
