Grilled Italian Pesto Salmon 30 Minutes
Gather and measure out your ingredients. This is a quick salmon recipe.

Your salmon fillet should still have the skin on one side.

You may use your homemade pesto if you like. And fresh lemon juice is important.

Mince your garlic and finely chop the green onions.

In a small bowl pour in the pesto, onions, lemon juice and garlic. Whisk the mixture and set aside.

Add the salmon flesh side down to a medium-high heated iron skillet that has been greased.

Cook for 5 minutes on medium high heat then turn and spoon on some pesto sauce.

Cook for 3-5 minutes more depending on thickness of salmon. Do not overcook.

Remove from pan and add more pesto sauce.

Garnish with basil ribbons and lemon wedges.
