Grilled Peach Salad

Dressing Ingredients
Boneless Pork Tenderloins
Fresh Peaches
Cut pork tenderloin in half lengthwise. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cut peaches in half and pit.

Grill about 10 minutes flipping halfway through.

Slice pork. I then baked at 425 for 10 minutes or you could grill longer to make sure they are done

Slice peaches

Mix dressing ingredients together

Brown butter with thyme, mix in with dressing

Assemble salad and dress. I made 4 individual or you could make 1 large to serve
