Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Dry off the pork with a paper towel.

Remove any excess fat.

Remove the silver skin.

Generously salt the tenderloin and let sit uncovered in a fridge for 8 hours.

Remove from the fridge and pour oil on the meat.

Make sure the whole tenderloin is covered otherwise it will stick to the grill!

Place on a grill that’s preheated to 375 F. Cook for 5 minutes, then flip & cook another 5 minutes.

Cook for another 3-8 minutes, removing the pork from the grill once the internal temp is 135-140 F,

Let rest on a cutting board for 5-10 minutes, then slice into medallions to serve.
