Start by ensuring your fish has been cleaned (most will be if you’re buying from store).
Add a tbsp butter, lemon slices and some fresh herbs. I’m using garlic chives.
Create a foil pouch for your fish. Grill for 7-10 minutes or bake in oven at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
Fish is done when flesh is white and flakes easily. That’s it!
Make sure to clean the flesh away from the bones! Use fish bones and head for bone broth!
