Grilled Steak & Lobster Tail (Surf &Turf)
Cut through shell down the middle and either slice right through

Or cut shell to the end of the tail, loosen the skin underneath it and pull it up over shell

Let’s watch that again (this is called butterflying the tail)

Season steaks well with salt and pepper and oregano

Brush the tails with the herb butter

Heat grill and grease well add the steaks grill for 5-8 min

Flip and grill for another 5-8 min depending on thickness

Cook evenly on both sides

Check temps to ensure doneness

Remove steaks and allow to rest

Then remove the tails

Allow steak to rest a couple of min then slice

Serve with extra garlic butter
