Grilled Steak Skewers with Chimichurri
Sirloin steak is great for skewers due to it’s price point & it soaks up marinade well to tenderize & keep it juicy
Steak marinade: oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, black pepper
Cut sirloin steak into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Mix until steak is fully coated, cover, & refrigerate overnight (or min. 4 hours)
Skewer steak with veggies of choice (bell peppers, red onion, baby potatoes, whole garlic cloves)
Grill on medium heat for 8-10min, rotating steak skewer every few minutes. Medium rare (135F)
In a food processor blend: fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, lime juice, oil, & red wine vinegar
