Grilled Steak Tips With Chimichurri
Mix marinade ingredients and pour over steak. Marinate for 1 hour or overnight.

Make chimichurri sauce by blending cilantro, parsley, garlic, onion, vinegar, lime juice, s & p.

Blend together until everything is incorporated.

Grill marinated steaks on med-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side.

Remove from grill and let rest 5 min before cutting. Spoon chimichurri sauce over the steak.

Cut into bite sized pieces (if desired).
