Cook the noodles & brown the ground beef. Drain the grease. Sauté the sliced mushrooms and chopped onions in butter.
Add the spices: rosemary, thyme, and paprika. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. of flour over the top. Add 1 cup of beef broth & simmer for 2-3 minutes
Turn the heat off and add to the broth the cream cheese. Stir to combine until cream cheese had completely melted.
Turn the heat off & add the noodles & ground beef to the pan. Stir then add the sour cream.
Add additional salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
