Clean the Leaves (Arbi)

Take 1 Cup Besan ( You may add Rice Flour also)

Add 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder

Add 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Add 1/3 tsp Turmeric Powder

Add 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1/2 tsp Jeera Powder

Add 1/2 tsp Amchur Powder

Add Salt to Taste

Add Chopped 4 Chillies in a Jar

Add Lemon Juice & grind it

Add it into the Besan Mixture

Mix it Well

Check the Consistency

Grease the Steamer with Oil

Place the Steamer to Boil

Apply the Besan Batter on the Backside of the Leaf

And Place the Another Leaf on Top in the Opposite Direction as shown in the video

Apply the Batter again

Repeat it again

Apply the Batter on it

Fold the Leaf from the side and top

Gently Roll it in one Direction

Place the Roll on Steamer

Cover it for 20-25 mins on Low Medium Flame

Check it with a Knife & the Leaf will become Dark in Colour
