Chicken, salt, garlicginger paste, red chili, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, corn flour, flour & water

Mix them all well

Fry them until golden brown

Fry garlic ginger pieces for 30 sec in cooking oil

Add sliced onion and cook for 4-5 mins

Add salt, chopped chilli followed by chilli sauce & mix

Add soya sauce and sauté. Then add some water

Add corn starch

Add the fried chicken pieces and mix them well
