Brush bar pan with oil then crumble & gently pat hash browns into pan

Grate the cheese reserving half for garnish

Sprinkle half of cheese over hash browns

Bake 13-15 min at 450°F until crust browns

Whisk the cream cheese until smooth gradually adding eggs and pepper

Slice the green onions-chop the ham and tomatoes

Saute the ham and half the onions 2-3 min

Add ham and onion mixture to eggs

Pour egg mixture over hot hash brown crust

Return to oven and bake 8-10 min
