Ham & Cheese Omelette Roll
Combine 4 oz cream cheese with 3/4 C milk. Whisk until smooth

Add 2 TBSP flour & 1/4 tsp salt, mix

Gently whisk 12 eggs

Combine cream cheese mixture with eggs

Lay 18" piece of parchment on bottom & sides of Stone Bar Pan. Shape to fit. Pour egg mixture in. Bake 30 min @ 375*

Chop 1 1/2 C Ham & peppers, shred 1 1/2 C Cheese

When egg is done, spread with 2 TBSP dijon mustard

Add 1/2 the cheese, ham, peppers, then the rest of the cheese

Roll up starting at short end

Let stand 5 min, then slice and enjoy!
