Hard Boiled Eggs In The Quick Cooker
Get the Quick Cooker

Insert metal rack

Add 1 cup of water

Make sure the seal is in!

Make sure the clouds are aligned and the button is flush

Press ‘Custom’

Press ‘Time’

Adjust to 12 minutes

Press ‘Start’!

Wait for the Quick Cooker to come to pressure and count down from 12

When it’s finished, press ‘Cancel’

Release the pressure

While pressure is releasing, prepare some ice water

Make sure the red button is down - this means there isn’t any pressure

Use large Chef’s Tongs to retrieve the eggs - the inner pot is hot!

Place eggs in ice water as soon as they come out of the Quick Cooker

After cooling for about 5-10 min, take them out of the ice water

The shell comes right off! Enjoy!
