Hari-Bhari Murghi (Green Chicken)
Blend: 2 cups dhaniya, 1 cup mint, 5-6 green chilies & 1 medium onion with very little water
To this add in 1 cup dahi & blend to a fine , smooth mixture. Remove & keep aside
Into a pateela, add 1/4-1/2 cup oil. Add one chicken & 2.5-3 tsp gg paste. Sauté a few mins
Now add spices: 2 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp dhaniya powder, 1 tsp zeera powder, 1 tsp red chili powder. Mix it all up well.
Add in the green- yogurt mixture. Mix all. Cover and cook on low till chicken is done.
When oil starts separating, you’ll know it’s done. Check for masalas (salt, mirch..) garnish with sliced ginger & green chilies.
