Hawaiian Pig Shots
Chop red onion and pineapple

Mix cream cheese, pineapples, onion, Lane’s Kapalua seasoning, and teriyaki sauce

Pipe cream cheese mixture in piping bag or zip lock bag.

Chop sausage about 1 inch thick

Wrap sausage with bacon and use toothpick. Leave space at the top for filling.

Pipe cream cheese filling in the top of the pig shot

Sprinkle with Lane’s Kapalua Rub

Smoke/grill/bake pig shots until bacon is cooked through. Roughly 20 - 30 minutes at 350-400

Top with Lane’s Pineapple Chipotle BBQ Sauce
