Healthier Banana Oat Muffins
Add in banana, honey, applesauce(or egg), & coconut oil into a processor or blender

Add 2 cup oats & 1 cup milk

Combine 1 cup oats and rest of dry together-then add in wet mixture

Scoop into muffin tins or even a pan!

In the oven at 350 or 325 on convection for 15 mins

Pull them out and allow to cool completely
