Healthier Cinnamon Roll Donut Holes (GF)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add one cup & 2 tbsp almond meal & 2 tsp baking powder to your mixing bowl.

In a separate mixing bowl add 1 ripe banana, one egg and 2 tbsp maple syrup. Mash together.

Now for the magic ingredient! Melt 2 tbsp Gourmet Ghee cinnamon ghee and add to mashed banana mix.

Add your almond flour & baking powder to your wet mixture. Stir to incorporate.

Add batter to a greased silicone baking mat for cake lollipops. If you don’t have a mold; freeze for an hour and then shape. Bake for 20-25 min.

While donut holes are baking; make your frosting! 1/4 cup cream cheese, 1 tbsp gourmet ghee in cinnamon & 2 tbsp coconut sugar.

Microwave mixture for 30 seconds. Add a few tsp milk or cashew milk to create frosting consistency.

After baking 20-25 minutes, take your donut holes out to cool for 15 min. Inhale the magic aroma!

Drizzle that frosting!! There are no rules! Sprinkle some more cinnamon/ sugar on top if you wish!
